All of our vacations are designed to be accessible and enjoyable for any experience level or ability. Not into stand up paddling? We’ll get you a kayak. Don’t want to hike… who cares! There’s a stunning beach around the corner with your name on it! All you need to join a Flow World Travel vacation is an adventurous spirit and a positive attitude. Take it all on or piece together what interests you most. It’s your vacation. Do what fills your soul.
ROUND TRIP AIR
You want to arrive at Reno-Tahoe International Airport by 11:00 AM on July 25th. Your departure flight home on the 30th must be no earlier than noon. As always we are more than happy to do the leg work for you. Simply email us your departure city and we will find you the best flights at the best prices. If you are coming from the East Coast or can not find a flight with the above mentioned times, let us know and we will help you. This is also the option to come a day early or stay an extra day.
DINING
All meals, with the exception of a two lunches, are included on this trip. One day we will enjoy lunch at a beachside restaurant and another day we’ll be picking up delicious sandwiches from an awesome café to take with us for our beach day excursion. Other than that we’ve got you covered! We’ll be serving up healthy yet scrumptious meals all week. We will also take you to the store upon arrival so you can grab snacks and drinks of your preference. Modifications for dietary needs are welcome.

I’m over 50. Do you think I’ll fit in with the group?
Average age on all Flow trips is 45. That means on nearly every trip we have guests well into their 60’s. Age is not a factor. All you need is an adventurous spirit.
Do I have to know how to stand up paddle or do yoga?
Absolutely not. Our trips are designed to be accessible for everyone. We choose locations with flat waters and easy conditions. We have taught 1st time paddlers how to paddle on trips all over the world! And yoga….EVERYONE can do yoga! Trust us….a bit of peaceful focus and love to your body will be exactly what you need…when you need it.
What if I don’t have a roommate?
We always have solo travelers. We will call you to discuss your travel style in order to pair you with the best roommate of the same sex. If you’re an early riser we will pair you with someone similar. Our vacations tend to attract travelers of a similar mind set already. It’s very likely you could room with any guest and be completely content!
Are there men on your trips?
While we do have more women than men on most trips, everyone is welcome! Men, women, couples, singles. Black, white, brown, gay, straight and everyone in between! We are a love tribe. One world. One people.
What kind of shape do I need to be in?
Our trips are accessible for everyone. You don’t need to be an athlete or workout regularly. All excursions are planned to be beginner friendly. Of course, there may be an activity that feels a bit outside of your comfort zone. Perfect! We want you to experience your ability to overcome and we will be right next to you to lift you up and support you the whole time. Chances are everyone will experience this feeling at some point on our trip and we cherish the opportunity to grow stronger together!
