This upscale adventure vacation is a celebration of self. A special week carefully designed for you to reset, relax, play in paradise, and potentially wreak havoc on each other and this beautiful place. This small group of special humans will leave you with lasting memories and likely a bruise or two. Price Per Person: Shared means you have one roommate. Private is one person in a room. Below options are for our villa stay. After you book, will receive a detailed trip information email. In your response to that you can let us know if you would like one king bed or two doubles at the Marriot.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Located on a secluded beach, you’ll likely be the only people strolling the shores in front of it with your morning cocktail. The views are stunning and the sounds of nature and this group laughing will surround you at all times. Our home is the ideal place to soak up the sunset and do body shots at night. Plus with 7 bedrooms and two pools, there is plenty of space for everyone to black out in bliss
We’ll also spend three nights at beautiful Marriot Puerto Vallarta Resort and Spa. The feature is it’s amazing pool where we will most certainly “chill.” The perfect place to take in and enjoy and know you will never be allowed to come back to again.

LOCATION
Forty-five minutes north of Puerto Vallarta lies the quaint town of Sayulita. With only 3 main roads and one town square, this beachy oasis wraps its arms around you the moment you arrive. Every corner is filled with artistic creations spreading a message of love, unity and peace. It’s as if someone carefully crafted each corner to say this is a place of happiness, health and abundance. All things we will inevitably take for granted while we are shitfaced from sun up to sun down. The people are friendly and happy to see you… for now. It’s a place to slow down (which we will not do) and recharge your battery (you will come home more exhausted). This is Sayulita …..and it will change you.

DINING
One of the special features of Sayulita is the variety and quality of its dining options. In the afternoon you will find food stalls selling all-natural fruit and vegi smoothies, fresh fish tacos and fruit only popsicles. In the evening you can feast on street tacos for 80 cents or have a fine dining meal on par with New York and San Francisco for prices at a third of what you’d find in those cities. We will take you to the local market to get breakfast supplies so you can cook what you like in the mornings. There are two lunches and one dinner included in the trip. And we’ll sometimes bring you breakfast in bed if we like you.
FLIGHTS
We want to make your vacation as effortless as possible so you can just book, pack and enjoy! The cost of your flight is not included so that you can use your own air miles should you have them. You need to land in Puerto Vallarta between 12:00 and 4:00 on the first day of the trip and depart around the same time on the last day of the trip. If you are not using your own miles we are happy to take the stress out of booking and will happily arrange your flights for you. Simply give us your local airport and we will get you to Sayulita. Flights are typically between $350 and $550 depending on your departure location and when you book it.

Do I have to have experience with body shots?
Absolutely not. Our trips are designed to be accessible for everyone. We will teach you appropriate form and technique so you can leave this trip an expert in the art.
Can you recommend rehab programs to attend immediately after this trip?
Flow World Travel participants do not need rehab. If you need support following this trip, we recommend you forgo this trip and look at travel opportunities with Wolf World Travel instead.
Does Sayulita have a Rib Shack?
No. But we promise to find the equivalent.
I see dancing on the itinerary, can I assume that is being led by Ashley?
While Ashley has the most elite of dance moves, we are going to leave this to the locals.
How often will you offer workouts?
We will have daily workout options through the duration of the trip. You will most likely attend one max as the bar will be your preferred morning activity.
I only want to come if Brice comes, he makes the trip. Can you confirm that Brice will be there?
Brice has committed to this trip, so you are guaranteed to have a good time.
Will breakfast be served with a side schmear?
Daily, yes.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Insurance is required for your physical and financial protection. The only company we recommend using is Allianz Travel Insurance. They, unlike all other insurance companies, do not have a pandemic exclusion in their coverage. Meaning you are covered for many issues related to Covid. Their website is very easy to navigate and understand. There are many different coverage levels. You can insure the full amount of your trip or just a dollar amount of your choice. There is also what’s called “Cancel For Any Reason” coverage which is exactly what it sounds like. It is best to call Allianz and speak with them directly. They have great customer service and can quickly and easily explain the different coverage levels.
